Healing the Low Back by Treating the Hamstrings and Glutes with Lily L. Warden

Presenter Lily L. Warden, LMT has been focusing on hip and low back work for the past 6 years.  She has seen the profound affects of treating low back pain with focus on the hamstrings, hips, and a few other important muscle groups to be highly effective.

In the class, she hopes to share her personal and professional experience of how she came to understand these muscle connections and then demonstrate some techniques she frequently uses including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Cupping.
