Nia White Belt Somatic Training

Nia White Belt is the first level of a five-belt training series that offers a loving, body-centered practice of healing, wellness and fitness, based on the philosophy of the joy of movement irrespective of circumstance.  Over the course of one week, comprehensively explore physical sensation through five core-competency areas: movement, music, anatomy, science, and philosophy.

Instructor: Rachael R. Resch, PT, LMT, Nia Training Faculty is a Nia Black Belt, Nia Training Faculty member, physical therapist and massage therapist dedicate to healing, fitness and transformation  Since 1978, she has studied with leading teacher in mythopoetics, somatics, energetics and the arts including Robert Bly, Joseph Campbell, Marion Woodman, Martin Prechtel, Rabbi Aryeh Hirschfield (zt"l), Stephen Victor and Paul and Patty Richards.
